How do I check order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with online tracking information. Orders shipped from multiple locations will receive more than one email. Registered or "checkout as guest" CallawayApparel.com users can check order status

The items I bought are now marked down. Can I get a price adjustment?

Absolutely. CallawayApparel.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order.  The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please send us an email at [email protected]

Why is my order still waiting approval?

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Depending on multiple factors some orders could potentially be delayed while we verify the information submitted.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that. Send us an email at [email protected] with additional information, a picture (if possible) and we'll take care of it. If you are going to return the item, please let us know so we can refund the $6 return shipping fee.

How do I cancel my order or make changes?
