How do I cancel my order or make changes?Updated 7 months ago

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been submitted for processing. However, if your order was placed recently we can make an attempt to cancel it before the orders is fulfilled.

If we are unable to cancel it on time, please use our included prepaid return label to send it back to us.
